PUL (Polyurethane Laminate) is a soft, breathable, waterproof polyester knit fabric with a laminated backing. It is popular and functional for children and adult apparel and accessories. Machine washable and dryable, PUL is ideal for diapers, bibs, wet pads, play tents, pet gear, home decor and more.
