Dad requested a cheesecake for this holiday weekend so I made him one. This is a fabulous cheesecake recipe adapted from Bon Appetit a few years back. The original recipe is still posted on Epicurious.com.
I always put walnuts in the crust – really enhances the flavor. And for Dad add another T of lemon juice.
